6 hour BLS – Instructor-Led Training Oklahoma City.

 

This BLS class is an instructor-led training that includes initial BLS and BLS renewal class. The BLS Course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compression, deliver appropriate ventilation and provide early use of an AED. In our Instructor-led BLS training course, students participate in simulated clinical scenarios and learning stations. Students also work with an AHA BLS Instructor to complete BLS skills practice and skills testing. Students also complete a written exam.

Course Description:

The Basic Life Support for Healthcare provider is a 6-clock hour course offered through American Heart Association. This BLS class structured and led by American Heart Association trained and certified Instructor. The course is designed to offer training for both BLS Initial and Renewal class. The BLS Course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compression, deliver appropriate ventilation and provide early use of an AED following American Heart Association lifesaving protocols. During training the students are led by the Instructor to participate in simulated clinical scenarios and learning stations.  Both BLS Initial and BLS Renewal shall take the same amount of time to complete to ensure quality learning and mastering of skills and knowledge.

The student is required to have the current BLS textbook to be allowed in the class.
