- 07/15/2016: Approved and licensed by the Oklahoma State Department of Health-Nurse Aide Registry (OSDH-NAR) to offer a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) program under the name MedNoc Health Training.
- 08/12/2016: Name changed to MedNoc Health Career Training Courses.
- 09/08/2016: Approved by Headmaster as a testing site for CNA and Home Health Aide (HHA) Oklahoma State Testing.
- 09/23/2016: Approved Home Health Aide (HHA) deeming program.
- 09/05/2016: The first CNA class commenced with three students, resulting in successful certification.
- 06/16/2017: Approval of Medication Administration Technician (MAT) program by Oklahoma Department of Human Services-Developmental Disabilities Services (OKDHS-DDS).

- 11/27/2018: Approved testing site for Optometric/Ophthalmology by American Allied Health.
- 11/30/2018: Approved testing site for ACMA- Diabetes and Insulin through D&S Diversified Technologies LLP (Headmaster).
- 05/11/2019: Submitted Initial Application for Accreditation to the Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges (ACCSC).
- 07/25/2019: Approval of Home Care Administrator Preparedness Program by OSDH-Home Care Registry.
- 11/07/2019: Application accepted for Initial Accreditation-Part I by ACCSC.
- 02/05/2020: Approval from Oklahoma Board of Nursing for Step I Practical Nursing Education Program.
- 05/07/2020: Submitted Step II Application for ACCSC accreditation.
- 07/28/2021: Provisional Approval from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing to establish a Practical Nursing Program starting January 2022.

- 05/22/2024: The Oklahoma State Department of Health approved the Certified Medication Aide Flexible Schedule Hybrid Training Program (CMA -Flex Hybrid) with a Program Approval Code 3750089
